For metal detectors you want to get one that is sensitive 'powerful' and something that will ignore a paperclip. Most of the pop of the line detectors will just ignore small silly things like that, others will go off even if its just a small broken watch part. Dont get your hopes up too high, I had one once and it was nice, but you get tired of running around in the heat only digging up junk.. very rare do you find something nice..
